We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request.

What happens next

FieldOps accounts are provisioned and managed by your employer or the facilities management company you work for. A deletion request is therefore routed to your organisation's administrator for authorisation before it is actioned.

Once the request is verified and authorised, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your account and personal data. Verified requests are actioned within 30 days. Residual copies held in secure backups are removed on the normal backup rotation cycle.
